no, you need to use the removal tools to remove them cleanly, just uninstalling will leave hangover bits behind

as long as you reboot after disabling from startup in ccleaner as previously advised, then check task manager and screenshot again...
Here's the screenshot after reboot, is 81 processes still to much?

errr...yes. Close all browsers/programs, look again. Also, click in task mgr to show processes from all users box, then click on the image name column to sort alphabetically... still too much going on on there........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

Ok I closed everything and done a screenshot of what you said. Should I uninstall/delete any of these?

either you haven't rebooted (restarted) the pc since you disabled everything except avast in ccleaner, or you haven't actually disabled them in ccleaner, still all the toshiba crap running... right-click on the ccleaner shortcut and Run As Administrator, then ensure all those startup entries are set to No i.e. disabled
is the pc running any better yet?......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

Yeah it is runninig better
I had rebooted and everything nearly disabled in Ccleaner, sorted by the 'yes' and 'no' entries (see screenshot below) does this look any better?
Even though there's not as many on the Task Manager list (see screenshot below) still says 70 processes, is that still too many?

Webcam and CCleaner don't need to be running either. You can also uninstall RelevantKnowledge from TMRG, Inc., Trusteer, McAfee, Radiorage, BT Toolbar, BT Desktop, Norton PC Checker , ImgBurn(for what do you use it?), Hijack This, Foxtab FLV Player, Convert Helper, Windows Live Mesh, Photo Service...
There is just way too much crud0 -
