I've signed up for this, hopefully I won't regret it.
Do you automatically get to keep the same phone number as I didn't see an option on the sign up?

    I've been Money Tipped!
I signed up on the £100 deal. Still not connected. EE have been appalling. Waiting on another 30mins on hold as STILL not connected today...2nd day it should have gone live.
Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
  • Signed up to EE August 1st via MSE who had a voucher code for a £120 amazon voucher as part of a deal.

Still don't have the voucher. Spoke to varoius people at EE they do not have a clue, googling suggests that others have had issues in the past with this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of who I should be chasing up?

I signed up for the same thing (assuming it was the SIM deal - this thread is in 'Phones & TV' rather than 'Mobiles') and have down in my diary to chase up this weekend, as that's when the 3 months will be up. But yes, who do we chase? We shouldn't have to chase at all :(
  • I'm in the same boat: went for the EE 4G deal at the beginning of August. 3 months expires this week and still no sign of any £120 Amazon voucher. Can't find anywhere to chase this.

I found the following email on an old MSE thread so I've emailed them my order details:

    eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com

    My order reference is:
    My order date is:
The email address I registered with is:
  • This appears to be an ongoing problem with EE and their offers of vouchers for signing up with them.

I am now past 3 months and still have not received my voucher. I have jumped through all the hoops EE put in your way so that you give up; I have emailed repeatedly the affiliate email address, you can try this one too support@digitalwindow.zendesk.com . Make sure you have your reference, date of ordering, shoe size and blood type at the ready......

I have seen through various threads on here and EE's own site, that EE has a long history of this kind of nonsense with these type of deals; MSE should not advertise any further deals from such suppliers unless they clean up their acts, it makes them complicit in this pseudo fraud, and I am sure that MSE has no agenda other than bring us great deals, but the aftermath has to be considered.

I got a reply yesterday from the address I emailed on Monday. They told me I was sent the voucher by email on the 26th October and to check my junk mail folder. I check my junk mail folder daily and hadn't received it there or in my inbox. They said this morning they will arrange for 'Giftcloud' to send it again within two working days. I'll keep you posted! At least they are aware that I should be getting a voucher!

    Moan and you shall receive.

On the day I moan on here, 2 hours later, eureka, my gift email arrives!
So 1 dinner set of Denby purchased, 6 Denby Mugs, and a bottle of Hennessy Fine De Cognac ( a great value Cognac ;-) )

    Good luck everyone.

    My method.
    I called EE.
    They pointed me towards eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com
They replied within a few days, asked for the xkn reference & date of purchase, or maybe dispatch?
emailed them again 2 days ago 02/11/15
Moaned on here 04/11/15 & emailed support@digitalwindow.zendesk.com too.
2 hours later EGift Certificate received.

It was still worth the effort, the deal on the SIM plan is pretty good on its own.

Though there is no doubt in my mind they plan for and hope for people giving up or not finding their way through the little 'claim maze' they set up.

Any deals like this should be automatic and need not to have the customers chasing them.

Just a quick update - I've just received my voucher from Giftcloud! It's certainly worth emailing eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com or support@digitalwindow.zendesk.com (I emailed the first one - the replies came from the second) to chase up if you haven't received yours yet.

In case you have missed the email - it comes from Giftcloud (no_reply@mail.giftcloud.com) with the subject "Your eGift from EE is ready!".
