• This is the absolutely worst BB company I have ever been signed up for and I can finally be gone as of the 29th of October!!!! I signed up and never did get the antivirus software they promised. They said it was not their problem!!! I did get the voucher and spent that quick!! Never again with anyone that has a call centre in India!!!! They never answered any of my messages and I complained four (4) times to the ISPA following all the correct procedures, but EE just ignored them as well!!!

looks like the overall feedback was NOT positive, disappointing that you have to get these vouchers rather than a straight discount and disappointing that MSE were not helping.

I hope EE improve, we need good competition.

I remember TalkTalk were dire in their first year but got an acceptable support in South Africa, now TT seem to have gone down hill and charge more (fatal rip off is when you get billed more and get less).

I have just signed up with EE to take advantage of the £120 Amazon Voucher - now I am having concerns. EE rang me and during the conversation I asked about the £120 voucher offer - they are not accepting any responsibility. Amazon say the same. I have emailed eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com, no reply so far.
I am really surprised that MSE are not helping in this matter. You give advice and then, it seems, you wipe your hands of it. Shame on you. Are you going to do the decent thing and get involved to ensure your readers are treated well.

• Trying as I type to get to EE for the MSE deal. No joy at all. The system won't accept my phone number at all. When asked why I cannot get the same offer as stated the assistant said you are not in the fibre area of EE. I don't want fibre I want broadband then she went quiet and hung up. Reloaded the screen several times and it is as though they don't want to know. This seems as big a con as the MSE blagged 'cheap electric and gas' deals. You're conned by low rates then they put them up straight off. I think the providers have sussed out how to work MSE to their advantage.

There's a fault on my line outside and we get disconnected every time the wind blows. I first spoke to 'customer services' about this over 6 months ago, but they still haven't sent anyone out to sort it out. They say they'll call me back but never do. I've spent hours on the phone to them but never get anywhere, it's so frustrating! They shall go on the list of broadband providers I will NEVER use again!!
• Thanks everyone for all the feedback - really put me off EE. I was already concerned to find that I could not get the £1 monthly broadband deal - I had to pay £24.95 monthly (not the £19.95 specified in the MSE article) - but relieved that I didn't sign up after all the comments about their customer service. Plusnet customer service is now about the same standard as everyone else it seems; I had been very happy with them but their 'couldn't care less' attitude about speed issues now matches every other provider I have had the misfortune to deal with.
• Can somebody remind me what the old deal was back on September all offers and prices?

Think their were 3 internet options:

Standard Broadband 17mbps £?
Fast Fibre 38mbps £?
Super Fast 72 mbps £?

Does nayone know the prices?

I signed up to an EE deal for phone and BB a while back; I have to say that the ADSL service is pretty rubbish; I thought I had no connection this morning because it was so slow.

I'm not sure where I am in my contract, but I'll be looking into moving provider; I was with Sky before, and they were significantly better.

It is only a backup BB connection, as I have Virgin, but I actually think I'm giving EE money for nothing.
• I signed up via the MSE link on 4 September. I have had numerous problems with the order process and talking to EE customer services.
I have only just received my new land line but still don't know when the broadband service will be activated. I have been without broadband for 3 weeks now because of errors made by EE. I have made a dozen phone calls and been on the phone for over 4 and a half hours and continually been given conflicting/incorrect information. I received messages saying the order had been placed and was progressing but only found out it hadn't when I called them. Have now been though the same thing several times. Order gets placed. Several phone calls where someone tells me it is all ok and progressing. A week later, or even the day before activation is due, I call again and I'm told some variation on "There is no order" and then it's another 2 weeks of the same.

It says "Voucher code has expired".:(

I rang them up - it was sorted over the phone, and they said the internet had been fixed too.
