Hi Mark
Are you referring to the voucher, or in terms of setting up the broadband?
If you are referring to the voucher it takes 3 months from connection to arrive.
If you are referring to set up please feel free to email me your order reference and contact details and I will pass this on to customer services.
Thanks

8th December: Line went live. Router still hadn't arrived. Called up support, after nearly 2 hours on the phone, they worked out the broadband order was never placed, so it needed re-doing. Told it'll take up to a week.
15th December: Router arrives. Still no broadband. Promised it'll be live tomorrow.
16th December: Get a text from EE saying it's live and ready to go. Plug in router - nothing. Call up support, they run through the basic things, and the not so basic things (including asking me to crawl under the stairs and unscrew my BT socket!?!?!). Still no wiser, so have to wait for a callback from an engineer tomorrow.
17th December - 2nd Line Tech calls back, runs tests, concludes that the fault lies with the BT line (which I doubt because it was working perfectly with TalkTalk broadband before the switch). Books a BT engineer to visit the exchange on 23rd December. I ask if the engineer will need to visit my house - says no, he will not.
22nd December - A call out of the blue from a BT engineer. He's 20 minutes away and wants to visit my house. Luckily, Mrs B has just popped home, and has to wait in. BT engineer visits the exchange, everything's fine. Visits the house, everything's fine. Visits the exchange again at my request, just to be sure. Everything's fine. Says most likely, EE haven't set up the broadband correctly on their end. Recommends calling EE.
Later on 22nd December - Phone EE tech support. After 25 minutes waiting on hold, he tries to get hold of BT Openreach, can't, so says he'll have to "escalate" (read: pass the buck) back to Openreach to look at it tomorrow.
I can't believe that MSE endorsed a deal from such an incompetent company.
Hi Billbennett
I do apologise for the issues you have faced since signing up to EE.
Would you like me to speak to customer services for you, and try to resolve this?
If so please email me this thread and some contact details and I can pass this on. My email is jade.taylor@affiliatewindow.com
Thanks

An online application just generates a job that sits in a queue.
I went through Quidco, too. I rang up to clarify something, and it did not even show on their system until 24 hours later. The staff who spoke to me said it was going to be looked at the day after that.
Applying on a Saturday means the earliest possible day for them to look at it is Monday. This close to Christmas, I wouldn't bother waiting for anything to happen. Personally, I don't want surly office clerks with a hangover dealing with my application anyway. It's bad enough when they are sober.0 -
have to say I'm with them, just moved and the changeover went very smoothly.0
