3 cushions have been recovered, im quite pleased with them as they didnt cost me anything, the fabric has been in my stash cupboard for ions. need to cover 2 more but might have to buy fabric for those i think, unless i can find some elsewhere in the house.
DS2 made me laugh he was on the puter next to the sewing machine and came out with "i really like the smell of sewing machines" asked to describe it "sort of warm oily smell but not like cars it smells indoorsy"

Wow deco is it next month you go to Iceland? Amazing. I saw the pics from the trip early this year and it looked fab but was assured the pics just did not do it justice.

Hiya everyone
Weather here was foul all morning but cleared a bit now. Really quite cold though.
Banwa - welcome to the thread
Pigpen - hope moggy soon betterHoney_Bear wrote: »Mrs MoneyPenny, Huge Congratulations on your wonderful news and how lovely to have that to look forward to. I don't know about anyone else, but I've never for a moment found your updates on your current circumstances 'offloading.' I've been inspired by your willingness to help your mother-in-law and your sheer tenacity in difficult circumstances. I feel priviliged to 'know' someone as kind as you - and I don't say that in a touchy gropey feely kind of new-agey way.
Also LW it's the same with your problems - it's nice you feel able to share on here.
Degecko - my parents were not the best but I shan't speak ill of them now as they have both passed on - bit of a relief really.
At work so must get back to it. I'll be back later

Town on the whole done, got rid of stuff to CS and recycling.
Tired now so just going to wash up and finished the sink/toilet in the shower room and then settle down with one of my books from the library.
DS2 bless him is still so pleased to be back home. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Once again I haven't done everything I meant to today, but I have done the most urgent things.
Very surprisingly, Mrs Dog's urine test didn't show anything untoward, so she's just ... tired. Nothing wrong with feeding her three or four small meals a day, keeping her happy, not getting needles stuck in her for a battery of tests then. Good.
Healing vibes for Noel, Pigpen, that he may rally and not have a tumour. Fingers crossed.Better is good enough.0 -
Dailies done.
Been at vol job today. Being at the main entrance was like being in a wind tunnel. Not my best hair day
Off to wash the dishes and sides then settle down.
Mrs MP Congratulations to you and Mr MP.

Piggeers, if OH cooked for himself without asking me if I wanted any thing, I would be having a right go at him.
