Old dog was sick twice on the carpet
Her tummy is still rumbling omniously (and there is substantial gasous displacement too) and my tummy isn't much better
Mr BD is happy as he got the part he wanted in Sweet Charity.
Watched the mid season finale of The Walking Dead, earlier and my heart rate is only now settling down, I'm just too much of a wimp.:o
Tiler came and grouted in the utility.0 -
Looks like you've found some Dave

Yes, good to hear that the Lesser Spotted LIr is out and about in the orchard and the Great Northern Choille is hatching lots of eBay sales.
Sounds as if the Mersey Maggie is still active too, and judging by her habitat, she's actually had less frost than we have down here in Devon.......where our garden now looks very sad. You know how the magazines always bang-on about spent perennials looking so good with the frost on them? Well, ours just look like a soggy mess!
We've been totting-up the garden gate sales and they total almost £75 for the apples and squash. Strangely, some money turned-up when nothing was sold, so it looks as if the squash that 'walked' were paid for after all...just late. It's not the first time that's happened!0 -

It must be nice to choose. I was just told, "It's your turn for the big boobs and double entendres." In other words, I'm old enough to be a Dame.
First read-through of the Panto in just over a week's time. No wind turbine jokes planned for this year.0 -
Very sharp here. Hailed through the night & the tops are white. Lovely bright day though. I have to get a lick bucket back off the hill apportionment so a wheel barrow job. Thankfully it's near the road, but hidden as I had one nicked. They cost £24.
Got a load of scrap wood from a builder to saw up today as it's dry that's the main job & getting kindlers - twigs, from down in the wood collected as we've run out. I love doing that. Love working with wood.0 -
