    I've been Money Tipped!
Goodness me, the police were happy. The dog warden must be an automatic thing.

AWOL plumber & mate appeared this morning so the bath is being positioned & pipes run for that since the plinth was made. I just had a sit in it to make sure the view was right - did remove my Alfie wellies first though.

Midgied & wet here.Very ominously dark.

Bloomin' heck Alfie, poor you coming back to all that aggro :( I guess as LIR said, the Dog Warden involvement must be an automatic thing and can't imagine on seeing your little (very obviously non-vicious) dog he/she will take further action.......hope not anyway :o

Another beautiful day here :D Off to Wollerton Old Hall Garden in a while.....it's supposed to be wonderful (according to Chris Beardshaw and others ;)), so hoping for more inspiration for the garden here!

Pleased to hear work is underway again Choille :)

Have a good day all x

Just arrived back from Wollerton Old Hall Garden and all I can say is WOW!!! - what truly fabulous gardens, best I've visited and well worth a visit.....amazing to think it was created from scratch in a field by the current owners and only started in 1984 ;) We came away with a few more plants (Salvia Nachtvlinder, Meconopsis Lingholm & Ligularia Dentata Desdemona) from their sales area too :D

Glad you are on the case, alfie, and the dog warden is probably off yours.;)

Also good to hear you'll have your vista correctly height-adjusted, choille. We small folk can get a rough deal....Tall people come into our kitchen and say, "Nice view!"....and it is...for them! :o

I will have to Google Wollerton Old Hall. phoebe, as it's one that's escaped me thus far.

You've gone for for some high maintenance stuff there , but I'd love the salvia! I can manage Mrs Yeo, which is not such a rich colour and usually a terrible shape in pots, but she's bomb-proof - a bit like her namesake, apparently! Keep slugs away from Desdemona and pray for the meconopsis, which may or may not have a self-destruct gene. Chances are, if it was cloned, they'll have chosen a keeper. :)

Not the wonderful day most of you have had here, but reasonably OK, and a good stiff breeze to dry out Mr Rod's plaster. He's done in Bed 1. :T:beer::D
