EF rebuild has begun. I intend to get back to 50% by September. Hopefully, I will get some overtime at work.
Was offered some today, but as I am going out soon, I had to decline. As I am out next Saturday as well, that rules that one out as well.Never Knowingly Understood.

Just popping in to cheer you all on:beer:
My EF remains intact (miracle of miracles) but I'm still keeping my fingers tightly crossed as it seems too good to be true knowing my usual luck;)0 -
Had a good doay out last Saturday. Went to Lazfest (an indoor rock & metal festival held in aid of Cancer Research). Got back in at around 01:00 Sunday morning. And the biggest miracle, I stayed within my budget so EF is fully intact and growing again.Never Knowingly Understood.

Hi everyone,
In YNAB, I've just moved all of our not-needed-straight-away slush into one pot and there's £836.50. I'm hoping I can build this up to £1000 when I get paid on Friday.
After that I can fund all of the categories the money came from before they come due (home insurance in Sept, car insurance in Dec, potential new boiler @ £25pcm etc).
I'm not 100% sure how long it will last as OH's job finishes in a couple of months but I'm hoping some accountability here will be the answer...
Thanks everyone!
Happy saving!0 -
