They don't need to, its a criminal offence so will be dealt by the police and CPS free of charge

Only if you are stupid enough to admit to deliberately blocking them in. and you haven't you have left a phone number so you can come and let them out.

Are you sure? I'm not talking about Schedule 4

You are not deliberately imobilising, and you are reasonably leaving contact details so you can in a reasonable tiemscale let them out, of course the law doesn't specify what is reasonable.

    Part 3 section 2 para 54

Even the police agree that it is a criminal offence https://www.askthe.police.uk/content/Q528.htm

But if you are leaving contact details you are not blocking htem in merely parking.

The fact that it causes disruption isn't enough. There must be intent to disrupt - ie you must be trespassing with the purpose of disrupting lawful activity. If you trespass with the purpose of parking your car somewhere you don't commit aggravated trespass, even if you cause disruption in the process. And even if you happen to know that it might cause disruption, so long as that's not your motivation for doing it. The law is aimed at hunt saboteurs, motorway protesters etc, not people who park like knobs.

No - they'd be trespassing so the law wouldn't be on their side (though it can make enforcing your rights a bit of a PITA). However they wouldn't be committing the offence of aggravated trespass, and wishing that they were won't make it so.

    Hunt Saboteurs disrupt unlawful activitiy.

    forget all the legal B/S

the original poster made a point and the inconsiderate parker was made to wait to get home, lets hope it has taught them a lesson and the refrain from doing it again

the police were called and they were not interested, and i can hardly see the aggrieved motorist looking for a private prosecution

if it was me they would be waiting longer the next time if it ever happened again

Since there is no smiley then I'm not sure whether that was a t-i-c comment or not.

That used to be the law but it was grossly abused so was changed as part of the Protection of Freedom Act
I'm well aware of the change in the law and the creation of a "park on any private land you want without consequence" charter as result.

Vehicle skates / dollies - move the care elsewhere.

Although I don't doubt that some people will say you can't do that for some reason or another, pesky laws ;)

Or you could just screw with her head and use them to turn the car around in the parking space -Without damaging the car of course!
I'm sure if she started to come back to find her car parked differently she might stop parking there or at least question her sanity lol.

(I also appreciate that this may not work if the area is not tarmac or level)

Hunting was lawful at the time the offence of aggravated trespass was introduced, which is why it was targeted at them. And their fellow travellers, who disrupt activities which are still lawful (eg grouse shooting).
