  • Wow that's quite a shop Sam, I'm quite jelous lol. Keep seeing lovely sounding Lush products posted on the local Facebook page but haven't been to look yet...hopefully I'll get some for my Birthday at the end of the month.:T:T

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

These all had me PMSL :rotfl: Lovely haul which I can admire from afar, because just walking past Lush is enough to give me a migraine. I have had a couple of products bought for me as gifts but I have been underwhelmed on the whole. Maybe it's because I hate baths?!

I shopped for a new bronzer today but that in itself turned into a massive headache; I am so pale, I can't seem to find anything that's light enough :( Ended up at the Estee Lauder counter and had the young man apply their lightest one -- I still have orange stripes down my cheeks  Can anyone assist?! I looked in Boots, Superdrug, TBS, John Lewis… I don't want shimmer. I have been using Bourjois chocolate bronzer but even in the light shade it's just a tad too orangey. HELP, please!!

I haven't clicked on hieveryone's link so not sure which TBS product that was but their lightest shade in the honey bronzer is very light and matt, also Avon used to do a matt blusher which makes a good bronzer, it is no longer on sale with them but might be available on ebay - it is called Earthen Rose and it is gorgeous. I am pale and have had to admit that bronzer just doesn't work on me so that may also be the case for you.

    A uu to report here

Crabtree & Evelyn La Source Seaweed Shampoo 300ml, this used to be my HG shampoo but since my hair went curly it isn't moisturising enough so DD used it.

Batiste Original - mini can also used by DD, I hate this stuff it makes the hair all white and horrid, Superdrug dry shampoo is much better imo.

  • I had some late night UUs yesterday :) Feels good to use stuff up :D

St. Ives energising cleansing wipes: WNBA like I already stated. But still have 3 packs left :(

Maybelline Eye Make Up Remover (Waterproof): WDBA since it's my HG. But I still have a back up :)

Sanex Dermo Sensitiv deodorant: WNBA since I don't like the smell and it's not really working for me (but I think I still have some back ups)

Anyway, hope everyone is having a nice sunday. :)

    Hello everyone! :waves:

I hope that you're all having a happy Sunday.

Sorry that I've been so quiet - I'm not that well at the moment (it will improve it's just taking a long time!)

September was good for UUs - I managed 32 :) I wish I'd been able to keep up with listing them. Some were TAs but even that is progress. October will probably be a slow month - it seems that every other month is slow.

I'm trying (again!) for a No Buy month. September was a useful warm up - I didn't manage a No Buy but it was Low Buy and it has helped shift my mood towards being more determined. We'll see what the month brings :rotfl:

I'm enjoying using up my candles although there are some that I'll be sad to see finished. I've added them to my challenge as I'd like to clear the whole lot and start again. I love the Lily Flame candles and I think that's what I'll buy once I'm through my stash. (I still love the look of the owl/candle set that VALM bought though.) I'm making an effort to use my essential oils as well as these are a quick and :money: way to scent a room (I have two electronic burners which makes things easier.)

    Good luck, everyone!

    Wil xx

Should have some outs this month. Not that I have any stash of anything, I just like coming here still !!

Willowbee, so sorry that you are not well, I do hope that you improve as quickly as is possible:)

Trudi, pleased that you still enjoying "popping in to see us", particularly as all we "prospective unofficial and virtual Aunties" need to be kept up to speed:D:D

I hope that everyone has had a good weekend, weather here has been much better than forecast but OH reported frost this morning (I was still hidden under the bed clothes and didn't see it:rotfl:)

I am declaring one of my PP's as a TA Bodyography Lipstick and Lip gloss, I have been applying it frequently in an effort us use some of my lipsticks and my lips are now dry and flaking, so out it goes.:(

Nails painted Leighton Denny Message in a bottle, a lovely greyed lilac with a subtle shimmer, one of my thumb nails has a trendy ombre effect due to me shutting thumb in car door, ouch, ouch and a lot of expletives:eek:, hoping that I do not loose the nail.:(

  • I have a rather sad UU: My new favorite blush just broke and fell on the floor :( Good thing that I go shopping tomorrow and will directly buy something similar :)

P2 Glam Glow Blush in "Touch of Peach": WDBA since it was a beautiful peachy color :)

  • Here's my list! I'm not including my oral hygiene products.

I have to admit I'm starting from a bit of a vantage point because I've been on a lip balm ban for the last 9 months, and I've been working through my showergel obsession... which has reduced to just 5 in my stash! I also began this year with 10+ lip balms so I'm amazed I've managed to stick to using what I've got [grin].
I've been a bit MSE with clearing out recently and sold 8 bottles of nail varnish which just don't suit me (luckily very resaleable brands and colours). Creams and eye liners are my current weaknesses :o

Morning everyone! I too visited Lush this weekend and bought my Christmas present to myself: 250g bottles of Hot Toddy, So White and Rose Jam. Really wanted to get some of the egg nog soap too as it smelt amazing but will wait till it's a bit closer to Christmas. I'm quite glad we don't have a bath in our current flat because otherwise I would be all over the rest of the stuff!

Also popped to boots and picked up the dove dry shampoo (HG) rimmel nude scandleyes eyeliner and the dove intense repair hair mask. All necessary IN's as I'd used the previous incarnations up.

Oh and my Birchbox finally turned up only to find that the one thing I wanted to try (the Sicilian lemon serum for oily skin) was missing. Hoping they can pop it in the post for me if they have any left!
