fiasco that sounds like a nightmare! hope it gets sorted quickly for you.
I have to admit 2 INS ... I'm fed up with my hair, so decided to try out the new Colab dry shampoo. Can't wait til it arrives! While I was ordering, I decided to pick up the Britney Fantasy Twist perfume - two in one - and pretty small so won't languish on my dresser unused. I've wanted to try these scents for over a year. I'm most excited about the GHDs I picked up, because I want more good hair days damnit! Those don't count as an IN though0 -

I've never been taught how to do make up either and so keep doing the same "natural" look I learned when I was a teenager. Someone suggested I try red lipstick, given my reaction, they might as well have suggested I bathe in glitter :S I'd love to be more adventurous, but scared I'll look like a clown!
makeup wipes are never a g good idea as they push more bacteria and makeup into the skin, avoid!
Be bold and try something new, you won`t look like a clown, red lipstick is very empowering but start slowly by using a wash of a light coloured shadow, line the tops of eyes and a slick of mascara, then use a lipliner and apply red lipstick with a brush.
do this look for a casual outing with friend or family occasion or just go for a coffee.be confident and you will pull it off.0 -
Hope you get things sorted soon Fiasco!
Just popping in to report a couple of UU's
- Sensodyne toothpaste - had another one in the cupboard. Will probably switch back to Oral B when this is gone.
- TBS Blueberry shower gel: WBA, nice scent but I have my christmas shower gels to use now
- NSpa Coconut shower gel: WBA, this smells like dessicated coconut and lovely and vanillary. I'm not usually a big coconut fan when it comes to body care but I loved this.

Thanks everyone. Today I woke with new resolve and have another two contractors viewing the crime scene that is my ensuite. Once I have my range of quotes I can move forward with getting things sorted out.
One small UU today - Dove deo which has been replaced with one I bought last week. My stock management has improved so much with this challenge. No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -

Oh crikey Fiasco, sounds a nightmare!!! Hope it all gets sorted smoothly.
Finished my horrible tesco shampoo and have moved on to an Aldi herbal essences-a-like so far it seems ok.....Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
I am the same I have an entire box full of shampoos etc, yet when I see a good offer on a product I like, I cannot help but open my wallet as I keep thinking 'h well I know I am going to use them, and I am buying them quicker than I can use them....stop me0

NOOOO do the red lipstick
I used to feel like I couldn't wear lipstick 1) because I would probably smear it everywhere and 2) because I thought people would think I was trying too hard but now I wear lippy of different shades pretty much every day!
A good way to wear red lippy is using a matte textured one (looks more casual during the day than a shiny one I personally think) and I usually keep eye make up simple or have my big geeky glasses on (prescription) and pull my hair into a bun or keep it simple and keep the outfit on the more casual/ less colourful side. I find it looks nice without making you look try-hardy.
of course if you're going on a night out with it ignore most of the above and wear it with pride :P heheFrugal Student!!!0 -
Bright red can look amazing, but also terrible! Get a good quality one though or you will get it smeared on your face and teeth! not a good look, body shop do lots of good ones0
