Do you recall how long it took for a mobile call to show up on your bill?0 -
Strange. I get the option of 2 of the 4 landline numbers I have registered and the 0808 number too.
However, bearing in mind the instructions are that you should log into your account using your registered mobile number, might that be the key?
Have just tried again, both ways, logging in with landline then logged off and logged in using mobile, no difference still only the 0808 number in the drop down box.
However if this is correct from alf,you only have the option of your mobile in the drop down menu if you've used your mobile with the service in the past month.
I have not used the service at all, and could therefore account for the landline number not showing either?Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
I have just (for the first time) used 18185 via my mobile. Very little cost but now that the call has been invoiced (thanks for the heads up Bufflowbill) I now have my mobile in the drop down list.
Although their Customer Services never explained this, I guess that it is a security measure since one could be using anyone's number!0 -
I have just tried sending sms to my son's mob in UK and got failure. Got a bit confused, in the drop menu, my caller id is my registered phone number and 0808 number. Pl what am I doing wrong? It will be great to be able to be able send international msm for 1p. Thanks0

Register your mobile number as well, then make a voice call with it via 18185 like this:

shortly afterwards you should find that your mobile number appears in the drop-down list.Stompa0 -
