Sorry just checking in to say I'm still here. Will read and update my numbers later after having been the weekend away at FIL's. Def underestimated my HH budget and groceries might be tight too. But that was part of the exercise on the first month back.

    See you later

  • For fear of getting this thread spammed out of existence I am not going to mention who is behind this attack. Ignore the posts; it is a few dozen spambots attacking the site repeatedly. They are enraged because they found some bad publicity on the site about their dodgy company (or several hundred dodgy companies) and they are trying to bring the site to its knees to make them remove the post, which was locked by a Mod back in January to stop it being spammed by them originally.

Not a SFD here. Had to buy a loaf of bread so whilst ruined, I have bought some more Xmas presents. Filled in my spreadsheet of presents and realised I still have a lot to buy  Only a week and a half left :(

Just quick check in SFD got hair dye to tone the awful dark colour it is now but with my boots advantage points hope it works. On the bright side so black perfect for Halloween.

Vets later but paid last week for second lot of dog injections in advance.

Hope everyone's Monday is going well.

I applied for a Morrisons card today, as they match any price difference with Aldi, Lidl in points which turns into cash. Daughter has one and is raving about it. Worth getting maybe.

I think I'll just do my update tomorrow. Some people signatures are weird and my two posts from today went from weird to normal to weird and back. So hopefully tomorrow things are back to the way they were.

    Hi gang

Spambots sound like something out of Dr Who :D

So a spend day today again on 3 bananas and Te$co decaf tea, so used a 20p off voucher for the latter. Have had a busy morning! Took the new exhaust back to the garage for some tweaking and still found it banging underneath post 'repair', so took it to Quick Fits (in case there was another problem) and a really helpful chappie quickly identified the problem and told me to take it back, which I did, in order to tell the fella how an exhaust should have been fitted in the first place  I am wondering whether it was a mechanic that fitted the blooming thing! Lesson learnt anyway and it will be sorted on Wednesday :o

After umming and ahhring about my recent bday tablet/laptop hybrid purchase, I decided to return it today :( I cant justify it really, its a want not a need.. I know birthday monies wouldve gone towards it but I wouldve had to contribute to it as well. I think I will pool the money together on the big day and mooch about jewellery shops to buy something that will be of sentimental value forevermore. I already have a functioning laptop and smart phone.. and now I have £250 in the bank again :T Although not for long because the boiler in the house I own with my ex is losing pressure, so will need to get that serviced in the next week!

Money comes in one hand and goes out the other!

I picked up my polar bear jumper from next today and it fits like a sack of spuds due to a shortfall in the boobage department :( So another £35 in the bank when I take it back on Wednesday! :T

Im getting ready for another night shift tonight, hope you're all keeping warm and dry.. Bye gang

Edit: I had a freaky signature too! Updated my totals and its come back to normal again
