When I used them I used to use saynoto0870.com and make sure there was a 0800 or landline number to call. I would then plaster that number all over the policy. A lot of the policies used to say the car had to be serviced so I kept all my receipts. I also had printed out an article from trading standards which stated that 70% of garages were incapable of servicing a car correctly. I never had to call them out though so I never used it.0

It cost me almost £9 to make close to 30 minutes worth over 2 calls. I believe I could have avoided this by using an alternative number though so something to bear in mind.0
