I should clarify we don't smoke in house, but we often go into garden together. I know there will be lots of 'are you coming?', probably thinking its funny :-(

When you can go with the smokers into the garden without desperately needing to smoke you will have cracked it. Until then, only your determination to quit will see you through.

Most smokers are supportive of those who want to quit and should understand you will not want to join them when they have a cig.

I gave up when you could still smoke in the pub & both teams I play pub games with mostly smoked.

I gave up with Sue-uu some time ago, and fallen off the wagon doh! Will be seeing the stop smoking nurse on monday and want to gain my freedom from the weed permanently.
My reasons for this are health, cost and the smell that hangs around that I notice when re-entering the house after walking the hound, and Rosie, the deerhound is my biggest motivator.
    Go for it everyone!

THERE SHOULD BE NO OIL IN E-LIQUID !!!!!

it's e-liquid, e-juice, (or same without the e-) definitely NOT oil. There should be only four ingredients in juice, PG, VG, flavouring and nicotine, deffo no oil. Just check with your supplier to be on the safe side.

please please DON'T vape anything with oil in it, oil is not meant to be vaped. Vaping is brill, best way to stop, just do it properly :)

(see my earlier post for vape help & advice)

I emphasised my guitar making over there hence the avatar, the one I use on here reflects one of my hobbies, collecting, restoring, and using cutthroat razors.
