I should clarify we don't smoke in house, but we often go into garden together. I know there will be lots of 'are you coming?', probably thinking its funny :-(ITV Winners Club Member (106)

Good luck all xx
I stopped about 7 years ago and stayed stopped for 4 years then for whatever reason started again. It's been a 20 a day habit since then. So this time when I stop I WON'T be returning to the cigs.
*fingers crossed* I'm this positive this time next week!"The hammer of the gods will drive our ships to new lands,

Could you try maybe having a word with them, to let them know you're serious about quitting?

I havent posted on these forums for a long time .. but I NEED to do this so I am coming out of the woodwork !!
I smoke anything from 15 - 20 a day and have a huge credit card bill that will be gone when I quit
I have an e-cig that I use occasionally but I'm in a good place at the minute so think I will try to do it cold turkey (with motivation from here)
I've quit twice before when pregnant and started again with both once I had a drinkAnd considering there will be no more babies ... I need the credit card gone so I can start to enjoy massages and coffee trips now on my day off when the kids are at school as motivation instead !!
GOOD LUCK EVERYONEThe two best things I have done with my life

Good luck Money Maker, it's a good idea to plan some treats for yourself and find all the joy and positive benefits that being a non-smoker can bring.
When I was a smoker I used to be found mostly hanging around on a lot of the frugal threads and such like on the Old Style Board trying to save a few bucks to get by - now I'm more likely to be found here on Health & Beauty since stopping smoking 'suddenly' all those money worries were gone away and I had spare money for saving as well as treats for things like getting my nails and hair done and taking better care of myself.Mortgage
