The sun came out in the end. Day 4 nearly done and already updated signature.
I've been ok today. Kept myself busy applying for job only the company wanted the application form hand written and no CV. I haven't written that much in ages. But a little thought sprung into my head 'treat yourself to a cigarette when you've finished this! You deserve it' I was disappointed that I couldn't have one. But no - I'm practicing to be non smoker,

Day 5 ........
It's pretty quiet on here? Where is everyone? How's everyone doing?
Glad to say I got my full 8 hrs sleep last night. But I feel like I'm getting a chest infection. I know it's the hairs in the lungs repairing itself.
Plenty for me to do this morning to keep me busy. More jobs to apply for - thankfully not hand written. Shall update later.16/10/2016 £9176.11 paid off 13/01/2017

Good morning!
Day 5 has come quickly (although every time I say what day we're on I feel like the voice over bloke on big brother lol!) yesterday was a tough day, had someone pop up on my doorstep I wasn't expecting and it sent my anxiety levels through the roof but I got through it without a fag
I thought this thread would have been busier too.....where is everybody? How are we all doing?
Good luck with the job hunt Woodster and yay for no more hand written forms! Glad you managed to get your sleep pattern back on track tooCurrent Debt - Credit Card £3231.14; Hire Purchase £4,555; Catalogue £562.60, Loan £4754.880 -
Hello everyone on day 5 - not feeling great today, teeth are feeling odd and I've got a sore tongue. Could kill for a fag but have an e-cig - which I'm using indoors, think I should have to go outside and use it in the rain like a normal cig.
Have four sheets to iron and one of my big fears was customers saying they could smell cigarette smoke on our self catering unit items so feeling good about that!£216 saved 24 October 20140 -

Afternoon fellow non smokers!
Just a quick check in. I've changed phones today and have lost my non smoking app but yesterday it told me I had saved £38!! Need to upload it to my new phone.
The SPA day was amazing and I made it from morning until 3pm before I put on a patch as I didnt want it getting in the way of my massage! I found it tricky towards the end but still didnt give in...was relieved to put the patch on after afternoon tea!
Huge respect to those going cold turkey!!!0 -

How wonderful does THAT feel!! I used to run a company sewing baby dribble bibs and frilly nappy covers. I have never smoked indoors but was still always worried that somehow the smell would get onto the baby clothes. I've stopped selling them now and ceased trading as I couldnt keep it up with a 1 year old and a full time job.
Bet it's a great feeling for you though!
Well Done xx0
