Evening all.Silly question perhaps but would a foot file appear on the APG.
If it's one of those then yes.
It's only a game

Was it the 6th last Wednesday? Sorry about that folks, should have moved M list on to make clear it was prices from 8th October! Now done (thanks for noticing:D) and why am I here on this thread again?:o:o Sorry I'm here too much today, should be doing other things - just going to take my own M list and use it to check for tomorrow's collection.
Goodnight now!:D:beer::wave:0 -

I was just doing that exact same calculation !
That's the same price per pot as getting 12 v sainsbos (although obviously you end up having to pay 43ish pence more for 2 extra pots than if doing v waities). So yeah, buy 10 if doing a waities shop (and make sure at least 8 of them compare) or buy 12 if doing a sainsbos / MrT / any other 6 for £3 shop.
I almost feel like I'm getting the hang of this.

Don't worry, clarity is always important with this sort of thing! So I'll probably end up asking a load of clarifying questions over the next few days, just to make sure I know what I'm doing/ talking about.
For now though, time for bed!

I happened across one of my old lists for M from March this year whilst just general Google searching earlier on. Were there really that few items on there?:rotfl: To be fair, it seems a lot more have been on the list more recently, and more consistently, due to M's originally "M cheaper" now "everyday prices" promotion, part of the 'price war' and - I've mentioned before - M generally seeming to be quite close to Mr A and triggering quite a few vouchers on the APG (despite all the Pot Noodles, Heinz soups, Grapes and Veg Oil they buy:mad::mad::rotfl:). So yes there is some effect there (even if A stops stocking the Burger Sauce online:(:(, perhaps a straw that broke the camel there - with M on low 55p everyday, perhaps didn't really want to be as cheap as 10% lower than that?:rotfl: Then again, it could be quite unrelated, I never know!). I did well earlier, as at least today they seemed to buy all the APG-loss stuff on the one receipt and not much of it on the others I had!:T However, it was T that was cheaper on a couple of them, so losing my own argument there:rotfl:.
Alright, folks, bye now!:):):wave:0 -

Yep. They wanted a girl, but didn't want to find out in case they were disappointed. My SIL said she'd rather have not found out so when she gave birth she wouldn't care and would be glad it's over :rotfl:
Morning all (ish)
Flew past and my driver would have required cake:rotfl:
Personally I do not hold with knowing the sex before birth.
With my first 2it wasn't possible and with my third I decided I wanted a surprise as had one of each already. There is a theory that you bond better if you know the babies sex and can name them in advance but I do not believe this.
If you want a baby the rest is immaterial and the elation of giving birth surpasses all else.
Borrowing mums iPad and impressed this is third night with not being charged, my samsung needed charging every night.

Lovely.
Would be very easy to make and then put on a lazy Susan to get the spinning carousel. Could use top as a spinning dressing table.

I've been lurking in this thread for a few days, trying to get my head around glitches, apgs and whatnot (still not entirely sure what triggers and invisible triggers are, but that's by the by).
I've learned a lot, and stocked up on pasta sauce, so I thought I'd share something that I noticed, which I don't think I've seen mentioned anywhere.
If you're doing a muller shop, you're better off buying 12 than 10.
Buying 10 costs you £4 (40p each), but msm thinks you paid £6.80. Then it compares with sainsbos @ £5.76 for the same number of yoghurts, giving an apg of £1.62. So your 10 yoghurts end up costing you £2.38, or 23.8p each.
But sainsbos are on 6 for £3, so only buying 10 means you miss out on a multi buy and end up comparing full price to full price on 4 pots.
So if you buy 12 it costs you £5.36, but msm thinks you spent £8.16. Which means you get an apg of £2.76, bringing your actual spend after apg down to £2.60, or 21.6p per pot.
Apologies if this is something you all automatically do, but I was staring at my apg comparison and trying to work out why I was getting the 50p comparison price on some but not others, and kicking myself when I realised what I'd done.
Of course if you buy 30 pots then it comes down to 20p each, but who has the fridge space for that? :rotfl:
very good spot.
I know you were probably joking about getting 30 at one time, but in asda the multi is not recognised on 20 so wont be on 30 either. unless things have changed since I got them 6 months ago. I know you can get a gift card doing this but I don't like receipt being written on. some asdas say (or did say) words to the effect of not getting 20 in one hit.0 -
