Dd always has date nights and as long as her hubby puts his Groom socks on it is a date night.

If you are doing in voucher form then include a blank one for him to choose.
You know him best. So many group on deals for such a variety of things you could have such fun. If it is going to be a joint present then 2 blank months one each.
Can visit cinema more than once a year.
Depends on where you are in the country as to what you could find to do.
