Yes, I'm not gonna be able to resist the temptation. :rotfl::rotfl:

Hopefully the rain will die down a little before I go. It's chucking it down at the moment and we've had thunder and lightening too again. :(

    Good morning.

Another cold wet and miserable one here today. My hopes of one last sunny day are fading :(

    Have a lovely day all.

Got to get on with the job now :)

Oh no! What I suspected is true :(

"House spiders that are thrown into the garden by well meaning householders will die from the cold, an expert has warned."
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-edinburgh-east-fife-19962187

I also found this other interesting article about the lifecycle of spiders
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/natureuk/posts/A-life-story-of-large-house-spiders

What am I to do now about the spiders in my house as OH will kill them if I don't remove them and I don't want that to happen :( I wonder if they'll be ok if I put them in the garage  It's pretty cold in there though :undecided

:) Get collecting all those lovely fresh conkers now :D

Scattered around the rooms = no spiders :T

Conkers contain a naturally-occurring substance called saponin, which repels spiders, lice, fleas and ticks.

    Good morning everyone.

Got to go out today and spend money

Harley chewed a pair of my boots up at the weekend, then last night out walking, my other pair of boots, the sole came off, and my wellies ripped a few weeks ago, and typical the weather has changed, and I have no suitable footwear now.

I didnt know they repelled fleas and ticks, as well, knew they did spiders.
