Laptop Keeps Freezing

Ok, also just looked at my task manager and it says CPU usage 29% and Physical Memory is constantly 75% although I'm not doing anything.
Is the Sony software using my memory, therefore causing it to slow down?0 -
Just away to uninstall Sony software now. I have Image Data Converter, PlayMemories Home and Sony Raw Driver.0

I have run the self diagnostics and it all passed, the only exception was that it said that there is previous errors in the HDD log.
I have now deleted the above Sony programmes and have no Sony or VAIO software left on my laptop.
Running online diagnostic test again, but it still seems to be stuck at step three - Install My Dell Client.0 -
I've had 6 errors in the last hour and they are all on the Dell System Detect. Have you run the usual scan for Malware? Using Malwarebytes AntiMalware for instance.0 -

I've not run it today, last ran it about a week ago. Never found anything.
I'll run it again now and see if it finds anything.
I have also used CCleaner free version.

Failing that, run a Windows Disk Check. If still no go, back up and clean install, rather than spending more time on it.
I suspect a memory(RAM) problem, but if Diagnostics says no, then reinstall the OS.0 -
