Thanks RC, I'll update you with how I get on0

@Boatman.
Not sure what your usage is but it may be worth telling the adjudicator you would have moved to 3 who charge:
3p min,
2p text and
1p per MB (of £5 for all you can eat data)
For me that would work out at 30mins x 3p = £0.90p, 150 x 2p = £3 and £5 for data = £8.90p

BT have entered exclusive negotiations to buy EE for £12.5 billion. I wonder if they know what a can of worms they are buying?0
-
Judging by the number of complaints about BT, they are perfect for each other!!!0

I have also received the dreaded buymobilephones email.
I contacted them and forwarded on both the CISAS decision and also correspondence from the executive office when chasing up the payment they owed me.
I spoke to them today, as its 8 days since I responded to their mail and I havent heard anything, (I have also backed this up with an email), and they said they are getting a few of these, but havent had chance to review it yet.
Likewise, I will let you all know how I get on, seems EE is the gift that keeps on giving !!0 -
Just an update on the buymobilephones fiasco, they have dropped all requests for money, after sending them both copies of the cisas outcome and mails from EE.0

Some good news for Christmas - thanks for the update :Tjakethepeguk wrote: »Just an update on the buymobilephones fiasco, they have dropped all requests for money, after sending them both copies of the cisas outcome and mails from EE.0 -
