Looking for debt advice

Sorry to hear that; it sounds like you're going to be left with some impairment due to the vital but restricting metalwork that's there.I don't know if I'll get anymore extension as my physio says it's my metal work restricting me but as your story shows, they don't know everything do they?
However, I'd still advocate swimming in that it will:
- help you maximise the range of movement you can possibly get
- help you build up strength in all the muscles that haven't been used for a time
- help your general fitness
Good luck with it!0 -
You've got lots of good advice, just thought I'd mention that ive used the survey site populuslive.com
You get paid £1 per 5 mins of your time (they roughly calculate how long they expect the survey to take you - not exact I imagine but it seems ok to me) and then when you've accumulated £50 they send you a cheque. I've done it once and got £50, I haven't done it since (about a year and a half ago). They seem legitimate and I got my payment promptly.
They send you surveys quite regularly, though sometimes after a couple of intro questions they might decide you are not the sort of person they are looking to answer.
I reckon if you've got time on your hands to do the surveys then you might be able to get £50 every 2 months (maybe, happy to be corrected but that's from my memory at the time)0 -

Thank you. I'll take a look at that

Is this legit?
£12 a hour working from home?0 -
DFW task I've done today are;
- Set up standing orders for the bills to go out weekly instead of some going out weekly and some going out monthly
- Started putting all our coppers into a tin
I know it's not much but hopefully every little will help.Nov GC £0/£2100 -
Every little helps - you are doing great considering what you have been through!0

Sadly they don't send you enough surveys to make it full time!!0 -
If you have any nectar points they can be redeemed for swimming. You need 500 points per swim. I would however first check with your Doctor/Physio first to see if there is a local hydrotherapy pool you could be referred to for free.0

I don't have any nectar points. I don't believe our physio department have a hydrotherapy pool, or would that be off site?
I'm no back at physio now for two weeks as they have cancelled a few of my appointments
but I have consultant appointments for the next couple of weeks so I will see what he says.
Thank youNov GC £0/£2100
