yessss!!!! I was by your work yesterday and waved up lol!!

Felt like I took an army view house last night, my son, mum dad, two sisters and nieces came to view the house. They said that yes needs work done (knew that) like upgrade boiler and electrics but that n paint its nice.

Going to phone a financial advisor on my lunch today and speak to him and then phone estate agent and say I am speaking to him about making an offer and start about a mortgage etc :D!!!

They are leaving the fridge and washing machine. So that ticks off that :)

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.
