Gutted on the bank front - what a pain!

Still going strong on the old voucher front though - I've just cashed out £15 Amazon vouchers on VO and £21 on PA so I feel like I'm finally making progress after a few weeks of not much happening.

That's a pain about the bank charge monz, I would phone the bank and see if they will waive it. About 2 months ago, I got a £10 charge because I'd forgotten to change the date for a standing order. I phoned up to explain and since it was the first time it has happened in years, I didn't have to pay it. It's worth a try :D
