    I am not surprised at all that the ones that want house prices to go up like estate agents. I wonder why that is........

    That's your main problem just because people don't think the same way as you think they want house prices to rise. For the record I would be quite happy if prices don't rise and I'm not particularly fond so estate agents.

    foxtons sales team have to sell. now that the market has stalled they still have to sell. that means only one thing in terms of prices.

    Many sheeple won`t want to hear that their pile of bricks needs to get a lot cheaper to have any chance of selling though?
