    I think he knows this and is a big fan of Foxtons, he is just so pleased for them, that they sold at the higher price of £2.70.

    Anyone who wants to cash in their shares and that had bought at over 270 will be very happy wiith 210 per share! I think a hell of a lot of people bought at well over 270!! Some of them will br employess. Tough luck.

    Why would they be happy with a 22% fall in the value of the shares they bought?


    Most will be ordinary people with investments (including pensions) in the ftse allshare and 250 ftse index.
