its a lead indicator for house prices and rents in the regions where foxtons operates. the market saw it coming in march. some people on this site are still trying to talk up house prices but there ain't no hiding place from the father of creation.
Why has FOXT been chosen as a lead indicator of house prices?

Something to do with only being listed for 12 months so it's uncanny ability to provide forward HPI indications can't be back tested?

The Desperation Index™ is reaching all time highs.

Foxtons' share price.... :rotfl:
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.
• Prices can only go up.

The BOE are more vigilant this time round.

Looks like Foxton was outfoxed by buyers :D
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

Foxton is all about bullsh*t, so I can only imagine their communication to investors...

Remove the fancy shop fronts, free drinks and fancy Minis, and I am not sure what's left in the business...

• I don't now how many shares there are floating about but I wonder how much value the company has lost by loosing 5p off their share price.

And I hope that next week it will be further down.
