Why has FOXT been chosen as a lead indicator of house prices?
Something to do with only being listed for 12 months so it's uncanny ability to provide forward HPI indications can't be back tested?0 -

Foxton is all about bullsh*t, so I can only imagine their communication to investors...
Remove the fancy shop fronts, free drinks and fancy Minis, and I am not sure what's left in the business...0 -

I don't now how many shares there are floating about but I wonder how much value the company has lost by loosing 5p off their share price.
And I hope that next week it will be further down.0
