OK, have listed my 20 free items for February on EBay. Now going up the loft for some more to prepare and write up ready for the next big listing offer which hopefully will be along soon.
Then I have bag of clothes I no longer wear, so I will iron them and photograph them along with some of the boys clothes he has outgrown.
Just need to keep on keeping on and get to a place where we have more room to move.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Right, have photographed a load of listings which are made up of clothes which don't fit or I don't wear. The boys lot were slim pickings mostly summer wear which I cant really list at this time of year.
Theres also a substantial bag for charity.
Now I have 30 + vinyl albums to go through and get prices for and see what I can get if I list those.
I can feel the DFD coming in even more!Trying to shift that debt!0 -

Cheers plmbl. I am trying to make things good. The husband is repairing both loo seats as I bought him a smart tv for the kitchen and have reigned spending in. We are going to be debt free as soon as I can manage it. We need tohave balance and we rarely go out and do family things all the time. I hope the ebay comes off this month and I can make strides towards July 2019 xTrying to shift that debt!0

Ok - have paid 74.82 off the Barclaycard. I am looking at paying off aqua again and transferring the husbands barclaycard initial to it and then in turn balance transferring aqua to my barclaycard which is at 18.9%. Lots of irons in the fire at the moment.
Just need to keep on keeping on.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Another day, another payment.
40 pounds off the barclaycard so I can get it down and balance transfer from the aquacard.
Just got to keep on keeping on.
Had a meeting with the guarantor last night as the tenant was not wanting to talk to me
the tenant didnt have the rent. the guarantor gave me a token payment.
However. The guarantor is taking on the tenancy, and will pay me the rent weekly, by direct debit. She is going to manage the tenant to pay me a decent weekly amount to clear the outstanding balance.
I am going to take those overpayments and I will put them directly to the husbands barclaycard. Whats most important is that its all set up by the end of this week.
Ive stressed to the guarantor that I wont hesistate to go through the small claims court if an agreement is not in place and that the payments are not kept up.
She was absolutely on her knees so I said as long as its moving forward I will be happy, and to be honest I dont want to deal with the tenant any longer, she has taken advantage of me and its not fair.
As long as the payments come in, nothing else will happen. Will update once I know the outcome of their discussions.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Not getting down in the dumps at all.
I need to get the tenancy money out of the tenant, shes left both me and her mother high and dry.
