Hi
Can you please put me down for $400 for the month
Thanks so much

I thought that last Jan. Lynnejk...I filled the fridges/freezers with leftovers (on top of lots of other older treasures
) and had no space (or £££ after C* if I'm honest!) for all of the fab reductions I saw in Jan.
Hubby and I decided to do a month long meal plan this month and next month to try and use up our freezer supplies. We're hoping to make savings from our budgets over the 2 months and are going to put all of that towards bargains in Jan. We'll have to see how it goes. Fingers crossed we can accumulate some savings and make some space! Now just to stick to the meal plans and remain organised!0 -

Ah, well, I failed to make it a NSD. I don't count builders wages and building bits and pieces, so was headed for a nice NSD, until DH and I went to see the tribute band with the free tickets I bagged yesterday.
And he wanted a pint. So I got a half pint, as the NSD was blown. Irritating.
But the music was great.
Tomorrow is a shopping day so another spendy day on the horizon.
Good night. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
We went shopping yesterday and spent just under £88:eek: I knew it wasn't going to be a low spend but that is almost 1/2 our budget
It was because we had nothing left at all pretty much. We are now well stocked up on meat, fish, cheese and fruit and veg.
I'm going to sit and meal plan it all now to see how far it will get me through the month. I'm hoping it will get us almost through except for veg, salad and fruit. I still have the cleaning stuff to buy and toilet roll.£36/£240
