Well the good news is I tried a Three Sim today and got excellent reception. Much better than O2, Vodafone and EE in the area! Really pleased, am planning on paying off my O2 contract and moving to Three's £10 per month plan.0

Depends what you mean my customer service. Some are internet snail mail only, some offer service via shops etc.
I wouldn't say any is fantastic and maybe looking at the Ofcom complaints by network report will provide an indication of how well different networks address customer issues to avoid escalation to ofcom.

My wife and I are currently using 3 payg sims. The sound quality is superb compared to our previous O2 and EE.
However, the deal breaker is lack of visual voicemail (iPhone 5): apparently I received a voicemail on Tuesday, then received an sms telling me about the voicemail on Friday. Not good. And then you have to call 3 to listen to your voicemails and use the keypad to delete them."Retail is for suckers"

Been a 3 customer for more than 10 years, must say I'm happy with the service I get with them. I'm in a stone built house that drops signal quite often , so when I asked for help from them they sent me a box that connects to my broadband, now I get maximum signal. I have also just got an iPhone 6 through them as I am happy with the service.0

We all must start somewhere, I'm posting my experience with 3, sometimes people are happy with the service. Did you happen to read the fact that you should be giving newbies a chance to post on here?0 -
Moved from Vodafone to Three about 3 months ago due to Vodafone's poor poor 3g/data coverage. Been with Vodafone from the start (1999). Wish I had moved sooner! Three has been excellent for me. Wherever there is a signal, most of the time, it is 3g or 4g, unlike Vodafone. Vodafone appears to only be good in or near Cities or Towns.0
