  • I think they should be able to claim CB for 1 child each. It sounds to me like its just mum being selfish.
  • I have worked full time for the last 30years, never claimed jsa before.
so when I hit a low time in my life you think im a scrounger.
sorry for trying to take care of my kids.

my advice to any parent with more than one child is get at least one of your childs CB in your name because believe me you need to.

you can claim CB for one child each but because on paper the ex haves them more nights than I do. they will not consider any other facts
in real time I have them 1/3 in a year which includes all holidays are to be a 50/50 split. I have asked for another night but I get the predicable answer of no.

There's no way you'd get CB if you've had them for 1/3 of the year.

You wouldn't be able to appeal this. You can only appeal on a basis of law. (ie, it not being applied properly)

No some of us support our own children. Radical notion but true ;)

Yes. She's entitled to claim CSA from you.

Nope. You can only involve CSA if you're the main carer for the children.

Most people have children with a gene pool they choose. There are millions in the UK so you chose wisely. I can't say 100% if my OH would support their own child or leave them starving and hungry and homeless as I'm married but yes I'd say they would.

Why is your ex happy to see her children starve, destitute and in poverty? That's your question really and it's between you and her. Most mothers wouldn't ever do that but the one you selected out of millions would it seems.
