I'd be pretty boring to stalk too. I always think that if we had a hidden camera in our flat someone would think it kept freezing as I spend much of my evening (once Z-dogg is asleep!) stationery on the sofa, maybe moving to change channel! :o

Happy Birthday for Mr Cinny! Glad he was happy and didn't throw a tantrum because you didn't buy him more! ;)

When my workplace moved us from 4 weekly to monthly (I know it's not the same, but still a change) it was done gradually over about 3 months, gradually lengthening the time between pay days so you could work with it so it is possible to move without making people go a month without wages. :)

Oh and can you PM me your address? :)

Since then I've just not been able to shake what a boring person I would be to stalk for a long period of time. I'd just get notes through saying things like "You sure eat a lot of crisps"

The biggest update for today is we're at 10k again for the house deposit! :j We also have money to one side which would make it 11k, but OH is potentially in Ireland for a week later on in the month so we're holding it back in case he has another expense heavy month. If not we'll add it to the total before his next payday.

We also paid the deposit on our holiday lodge for when we go away in September - after honestly spending hours searching through properties on Saturday morning/evening and again on Sunday morning. How my mother used to do that once or twice a year is beyond me! We wound up not staying in the part of England we wanted to as what we wanted was near impossible to find (turns out when people say they'll allow "1 dog" it's not very often that = 1 large dog) but it is done now and we have 9 sunny (hopefully) late-summer days to look forward to!

Finally got the big to-do off my list and sorted my clothes out. One bag to the charity shop and everything's nicely folded and in order. I even went as far as to hang 10 ready-to-go outfits in my wardrobe. So pair tops with skirts or jumpers with shorts along with tights or leggings, this way I can just pull a random hanger out each day and be good to go. Pretty happy though as it'll save me 15 minutes each morning, which is extra time to be spent walking Ryder.

Feels weird not having any monthly-budgets, but so far so good. Feel more on top of things and a little less stressed, which is always a winner IMHO!

Decided to use a little spare time to get back into shopping a little savvier/using coupons where I can. So far today it's got me 4 free Easter eggs, and £1.15 off things I needed from the shop (milk, toothbrushes.. fun stuff!) It's only little bits but I'm sure it'll slowly add up to something more impressive ;)

Must feel like a fresh start having the inlaws out, LMP! Hope your MSE ways go to plan :)

Well done on getting to £10k! :T That is a lot of money!

I like the idea of having ready to wear outfits in your wardrobe, I have to dig something out each night to put in the bathroom so I don't wake DH up in the morning (I'm nice and sneak out of the bedroom so he can sleep longer!) but it would be so much easier to have outfits ready to grab along with matching tights. Would also stop me from trying to remember what I wore on Monday by the time Friday comes around so I don't wear the same thing twice in a week! :p

Hooray for getting your holiday booked! Glad you managed to find somewhere Ryder-friendly. :)

Thanks Birdie! Feels like a proper mile stone to hit again. Not doing bad at all for a kid from a rough estate and another who was home schooled :p

The prepped wardrobe is working a treat! Honesly, it only took about 5 minutes to sort that part out. Be worth it if you can find the time, Birdie!

Kicking it old style MSE today and sending some old games of OH's off to be traded in. Even spent the time going around every trade in place, as well as straight to game stores, to make sure we got the best price. Will be an extra £43 once it clears :money: Have some DVDs to sort out too, need to figure out if we'll be better off trading in or selling as used on Amazon.

Spending this afternoon organising the back bedroom AGAIN. How does this keep happening! Had a boot full of boxes for the skip again today, OH was chuckling away to himself about how it's the peril of being a consumer. Not cute. And after the weekend's clear out made a trip to the clothes bank. Back bedroom is looking a lot clearer and I'm sure I'm going to feel like a new person once it's tidy again. Need to be ruthless!

Starting to get annoyed at myself for how excited I am for Friday. Our local (well... best! There's another one closer) Lidl has been closed for months and fiiiinally re-opens tomorrow. So I'm heading across for our weekly shop on Friday but it's also surrounded by all the discount shops (B&M, Poundland etc) so I'm going to pop in for a rummage. The level of pumped that I get for bargains is just embarrassing :p

Wow Cinny you just don't slow down it seems, finally caught up on things since January (found I'm not on here as much).

As usual your plans seem to be well thought out and I'm jealous of your kitchen even though I can't/don't cook.

Shame about your sister having to wait for her hubby to come over but yay for you having her back. I know my sister is probably going to nick our passports when we go over in June.

Here's an update picture of Arya at 5 months old

Oh and can't deny you a picture of her hair either

Cute baby Ali! Is she a redhead? I so hope my future child inherit my red hair, lets hope those recessive genes work in my favour.

New budget stores are always exciting Cinny! Now did I see you might have a new car?!

Thanks Archers we think she's gorgeous but as parents we're biased lol. She's a red head and has inherited it from her Nana and Great Aunt on hubby's side of the family.
