Miss Kitty, you just put your feet up or your head down LOL, and bask in that pregnancy glow ~ be it cheery pink or sickly green. At the end of it all, you'll have your beautiful little miracle in your arms. So delighted for you.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.
  • thanks everyone - its slowly starting to sink in.

did another test yesterday (yes i know lol) and still positive :)

feel like death this morning - but as everyone says - it will be worth it :)

    now thats just mean!
    :D

Nooooooo - I didn't mean to be unkind :o . I learned an awful lot reading that thread and I've got 3 kids already  :D. Just skim read over any bits that are TMI.

Kitty, they say the worse you feel the more pg hormones are flying about your body (which can only be a good thing :) ) Sometimes a nibble on a ginger biscuit before you get up can help with the sickness.

Hope you start feeling better soon. :)

You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.

Oi you lot - please :heart:GIVE BLOOD  - you never know when you and yours might need it back! 67 pints so far.

doesnt matter how many tests you do... your up the spout my dear :D
can i suggest that you stop doing tests soon though, im not sure at what point it is but pretty soon your HGC (or HCG whatever its bloody called) hormone will start dropping dramatically
and its that hormone that makes the test go positive,
i know of a few people who needed the reasurrance that a weekly test gave them in the early days, but all of a sudden when one came up neg, it was an awful wait to find out what was really going on...

eg - im 24 weeks pregnant and if i took a test now, it would come up negative.

its very hard to believe your really having a baby when you first find out, your not showing, you often wont have (m)any symptoms and nobody knows... add to that, that your doc/midwife wont want to see you just yet and its very easy to think your imagining the whole thing!
but dont worry... we have all been through it :D

Do read all of the horror stories that ather people have posted because at least then there's very little that will suprise you. But also look out for the stories of women who've just felt the first kick, heard the first cry, seen their baby open their eyes... That, I guarantee will have you in floods of tears (I'm 7 years post partum and still weeping... :))

Make up your mind to enjoy the bad bits and you will.

    Congrats.
