Just cutting in here as I asked the question first and you seem to be the one with the answers. How much would the couple I outlined be getting?

I know a couple close to me and neither of them work but they have two kids. They live in a much better property than I do and it's rented through a private LL. They've been there for years too.

It depends on a number of different factors, kid’s ages, genders, area etc.
