e2save D500 Orange OVP bill
Comments

the original deal should have been i think first 3 months at half price line rental 15 the rest at 30 and then we receive an automatic rebate after the first month and then the 6th and 12th bill we should send off to receive our rebate
steve did you sign up to this deal at e2save with the 4.99 line rental etc cause i dont think your bill should be that much 0 -
Nah this was CPW - but it was the same deal,
But i rang up CPW then Orange for half an hour and i think i got it sorted,
Orange seem to admit that they know about it now (a muck up on CPW's part) and the bill was £36 because i signed up on the 27th april, their billing cycle is the 3rd of may, so they charged me 27th april ==> 2nd may and then 3rd may ==> 3rd June
So it was 1 month @ £30 and a bit extra (which should come off the end i think!)
Then she said she would give me 50% discount of this bill and june and july, this months bill discount would show up on the next bill along with next months! So it will prob go into minus (credit) next month,
So blo*dy confusing now! Plus the bills dont include VAT just to add to the confusion,
So i think ive got it sorted now. Havent heard from CPW and the first rebate though,
Also i signed up for the e2save 8 month thing for my dad, thinking it was just 8 months, mucked up a bit there! It was 8months @ £4.99+ 4@ £30
So on the lookout for the deal to come back,
So all in all its not as simple as it first looked!! ;-)0 -

sorry that im talking about something slightly different but how do you activate your online orange account? Ive transferred my o2 number over and my application has been processed successfully, I wanted to get online to try and track the delivery of my phone but no luck using details from the signup form.
any ideas?Nice to Save. To save it's ____0 -
I telephoned CPW this morning. I explained the problem, which the operator was well aware of - I was her 3rd call this morning. She told me a supervisor would get it sorted and ring me this afternoon to advise whether I would be getting a credit on the bill from Orange, or if CPW would be sending me back a cheque. I will wait to see what happens and report back.0

Hi guys
Just wanted to say, i took the 6230 deal through e2save.
I've not had a bill in yet and I called Orange about five minutes ago (couldn't register for online access) and the nice lady informed me that I was currently paying half price (£15) for the Orange 200 Value Plan. The current amount on my bill corresponds with what i should be paying.
Hopefully the message has got through and they are sorting it for everybody.

did anyone else order through linemypocket?
Neither of my 2 d500 orders from e2save have showed up in my linemypocket cashback statement yet.. (ordered 27/29 of april)0 -
Why are people getting so uptight about this itemised billing thing. It just cost £1.50 a month. You will not need to remortgage your house if you dont cancel it immediately!!!0
-
considering the deal which is £60 for a £200 phone and 2400 cross network minutes even if you had to pay itemised billing for the entire year which would work out at £18 (in total £78) it would still be a good deal.
so in turn i think those that are complaining about £1.50 stop whinging and pay it once then you can cancel it and wont have to pay for the rest of the year !!0
