e2save D500 Orange OVP bill
Comments

Have looked at my first bill on line for the ovp 200 tariff offer. It seems i am also getting charged £30 for the first month. Have just been speaking to Orange who deny that it should be £15 for the first 3 months. Has anyone got a definitive answer on this yet (they say i should also have a cover plan as well or smthg)? Is it e2save fault? or Orange?
Thanks.0 -
get the dealer to talk to Orange dealer support - this sorted the same thing out for me with a different dealer0

Do you have to cancel the itemised billing with orange? i thought it was already cancelled when you sign up for the deal on e2save.com ??? Im sure i ticked a box saying that i didnt want itemised billing or am i dreaming?
Cheers.0 -
i cant check the minutes i have left either
this service is unavailable, i asked aswell about the itemised billing and they said that i wasnt going to pay for it !!, i will be very unhappy the basic thing to remember is we bought this at 499 a month and regardless thats how much we should pay i cant see any other legal solution !! 0 -
"bigup": yes, i had to phone orange to cancel the itemised billing as it was shown on my bill even though i hadnt asked for it. they were helpful as to that but blame e2save for the issure re the £30 vs £15 billing. I will try to call e2save tmw. (btw i had no problem getting my phone registered on the orange website, thats how i saw i needed to cancel the itemised billing, and the wrong amount to be billed)0
