updated my outgoings spreadsheet to work in what are actual Debits, and what are the likely Spending each month including if I start this therapy:
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ghHh24J_UfG5t4vzFOeIrbd-hzSEVOnx3wlhRPooztU/pubhtml?gid=254349557&single=true

    something of an SOA now.

i would plan to commit to two sessions per pay cheque. it may only be 1 depending on whether i need more time to recover and work on stuff at home between sessions.

leaving £150. but that amount would essentially be for entertainment as all my needs are met in the budget.

    hopefully.

what do you think of my budget? its pretty accurate to my debits and typical costs including what the therapy will cost me.
will leave me with just over £150 a month for anything else, mostly entertainment i suppose. its not a whole lot, but i want to really concentrate on just getting well, fit, and healthy at this time. and hope that a new job crops up.

speaking of goals, ive started using the site https://www.coach.me to track my accomplishments and the things i want to do each day, ive set myself a lot of goals of things i wish i would do everyday but most i currently dont, but add them in one at a time and good to have just a gentle reminder. i like things to tick off

Yeah having a list helps me too... Think your Oyster allowance is a bit low, if you're doing this therapy you may want to take a few days off for commuting each month so maybe add a bit more to your oyster allowance for the first couple months then you can carry over anything you don't spend? Seems pretty good to me though my dear!

£90 odd payment to capital one just came out. wooooo totally nailing it, be gone very soon! :D

and i have about £160 for the month. half of that is gonna get spent on the therapy session tomorrow, but then i should be able to claim back from health insurance for it as i have £75 to spend on any treatments i wish. about £7 on one last debit then that'll leave me with £148 until the 20th, so just 10 days. £14.80 spends a day approximately. ive done not too bad at all this month, i usually never have this much left!

    moving on up !

i think this is sorta amusing if it happened because of why i think it did..

went to use card today for £3 lunch meal deal and i had to swipe + do my signature and cashier had to check it. i just dont think my bank is used to all these payments to credit cards! hah!

"paid over £700 to a credit card within 30 days!? this canot be the same person!"

had my first therapy session last night, and wow it was intense. my practitioner seems to want to really help fix things, the session lasted well over two hours, when he said they will usually take 90 mins.

feeling loose and in less pain already. onwards and upwards

Well done on still being ahead technically whilst skint!

Glad your appointment went well, when is the next one? Definitely sounds worth it, tbh your health is important and it'll give you a better quality of life so a great investment.

I'm skint as well, have £15 till the 25th... 7 days, I can do this!
