Superpoints now open

it's not reset yet, they messed up again when they upped the points yesterday and then reset clicks about 10pm last night

it could be about 4pm when they come online to fix it for today

Hi,
Anyone that could help me, I try to sign up and comes up with application error and when I want to use the same email to do it again it says it is already been used. Best way to fix this issue? I tried firefox and chrome browsers.

Check your email for one from Superpoints
It sounds like your account has been created already.

You could try doing the forget password to see if you get sent a password
Other than this, contact support by submitting a ticket

I wouldn't recommend trying to create any more accounts until you have confirmed what has happened with Support

Thanks so much, I was just able to reset the password. Thought that was something wrong with their website.
Does invite member sends sponsor email or does it comes automatically?

It wont let me PM you back with me being new im only aloud to send 1 PM an hour! Your sponsor will be able to see you on their network. Your emails will come from superpoints not the sponsor.

Thanks for your reply, I still haven't received an email where I have to click to verify so what I meant is would sponsor need to add me manually to their network and then I get the email to verify?

No. Try resending the email. Sometimes takes a while
