Just thought I'd share my experience with customer support.

I noticed a handful of my network were missing their sponsorship and bronze points.

So I contacted support and they added the points on within a couple of days.

It did take them about a week afterwards to send an email and tell me they'd done so and they did miss out one of the members who I was due points for but better than nothing.

So yeah in summary- a) check your network, and b) support aren't useless! Hooray!

I've had that happen as well

Somehow I have managed to sponsor a member who appears to be from India
I did send support the details and their profile link and all I got back was - If they are from India then their are likely blocked and can't complete the process.
If they had checked the profile, they would have seen that the member has earned points and set a prize goal.

Has anyone received their rewards?

I cashed out £1 Amazon on the 29th of September, it states 6 days, and I'm STILL waiting. This is despite it saying 11 days about 3 weeks ago!
