I don't know how long it takes as I bought the upgrade pretty early on, but if you go to the rewards page there's a little link that says fulfillment status top right.
Should give you an idea, though only a vague one because it's always "delayed".0 -
Also, check your spam/junk folder of your emails as the email may have gone there by accident.
I emailed them the other day about a member having 2 accounts and they haven't replied yet either.0 -
I am a premium member who redeemed for a £25 Amazon on the 15th October. Despite their claims of processing fast when you are a premium member I did not get my email until the 4th November, the usual one that states your reward is on the way. Now for ALL of my previous cashouts this email has been immediately followed by the Amazon code.
This time I did not receive any code (Yes I've checked spam, trash etc) and now my account is showing that it was sent on the 4th November (not the 5th).
Seems to me like they are back to their old tricks, I just wanted to know (Before I trash them on my blog etc + stop advising people to signup) has anyone else been paid from them in the last month?
Also, probably needless to say, they haven't answered me emails or my tweets. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Katykicker. I requested 2 rewards. One was a pair of sunglasses which are so cheap it's unbelievable and they were delivered to the wrong address and they texted me about it. The other was a Starbucks voucher which I got after a month.
I was a premium member. The service wasn't premium and I closed my account.0 -
Well........Im done with superpoints.
Was taking an age to get to payout but thought I would persevere just doing the button as it only takes a few minutes.
Just went to log in and it takes you to a sign up page for reward shopping!!!! Im done and cancelling it.
