20 June 2014 - Superpoints re-opened to USA members
25 August 2014 - Superpoints re-opened to Canada members
3 September 2014 - Superpoints re-opened to UK members
Superpoints opened up at 5am this morning
The website is mobile friendly.
The superpoints day runs from 8am to 7.59am (uk times)
The Superpoints helpdesk link is = https://superpoints.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
This should answer some of the more basic questions anyone has, although from having a quick look at it, some of the information isn't what it says on the website
SUPERLUCKY BUTTON is the super button to click and gives you the chance to win points
(not sure if they are doing bonus invite codes this time
YOUR NETWORK shows you who you have referred, how many referrals you have left and how many people you can sponsor
LEADERBOARD - is who has earning how many points in the last week/month and overall
KARMA - not quite sure what this is used for. You complete clicks and open lucky mail on consecutive days and earn karma
Further information
GET MORE SUPERPOINTS takes you to the Offers and Surveys section so you can earn more points. It's another link to the Superbutton and your invite section.
Connecting your account to facebook earns you 150 points
Question - If I chose to customize / personalise my invite link ,, will the long superpoints/join/lotsoflettersandnumbers still work ?
Answer - I believe so since when we win on the button, it becomes that jarbled mess and not our customized link.
If you customize your link, you get 1,000 points and 1,000 xp points
This costs $1-99 and is a card payment only which uses the Stripe gateway

INVITE NEW MEMBERS - this is where you find your referral link
NOTE: In order to receive your referral bonus, the person you invited needs to complete the sign up process and achieve the Bronze Membership Level.
Question - I won 3 points from the button so why did it say that you only got 2 points ?
Answer - We get half of what our referrals get on the wins, but if it's an odd number, it gives an extra point. So if they get 3 points we get 2, 7 points we get 4, 250 we get 125, and so on
My point earning so far
Sign up = 50 points
Verified email = 25 points
XP level up award (went from level 1 to level 2) = 100 points

Once you are logged in, the HOME tab gives you a quick glance at how many points you've earned today, how many in is your network, what level you are onThanks to Aesop for this information ... -->
Here's a few important things you should know:
The FASTEST way to earn Superpoints is to invite your friends using your unique referral link. You will get Superpoints for each person that becomes a member using this link, and they'll earn you bonus points too. For a limited time, we're giving you 1,000 invites! That won't last long!
Unlock better rewards with XP. You get XP for everything you do on Superpoints, like reading your email, signing in, recruiting new members, completing surveys... even logging in every day. The faster you accumulate XP, the faster you will unlock the next big reward.
We will email you one advertisement every day (that's how we pay for this stuff!). If you unsubscribe from emails, or click the "spam" or "junk" button, we will cancel your account and delete all your points. Don't unsubscribe or report these emails as spam/junk if you want to stay a member!
Your profile , Your account , Logout = self explanatoryKarma explained
Karma is a way for you to get extra XP when you help the person that sponsored your Membership by doing things on the Superpoints site. Karma acts as a multiplier for your XP.
Karma Level (5 xp per click on button) = No multiplier
Karma Level 1 (5.5 xp per click on button) = 1.1x your XP when you complete 10+ SuperLucky Button Clicks on 1 of 7 consecutive days.
Karma Level 2 (6.25 xp per click on button) = 1.25x your XP when you complete 10+ SuperLucky Button Clicks OR 1 LuckyMail Opens on 2 of 7 consecutive days.
Karma Level 3 (7.5 xp per click on button) = 1.5x your XP when you complete 10+ SuperLucky Button Clicks OR 1 LuckyMail Opens on 5 of 7 consecutive days.
Karma Level 4 (10 xp per click on button) = 2x your XP when you complete 10+ SuperLucky Button Clicks AND 1 LuckyMail Opens on 7 of 7 consecutive days.
Karma Level 5 (15 xp per click on button) = 3x your XP when you complete 100+ SuperLucky Button Clicks AND 1 LuckyMail Opens on 7 of 7 consecutive days.
For example if you click the SuperLucky Button, you will get XP 5 if you have Karma Level Zero, but XP 15 if you are Karma Level 5.
NOTE: If we do not send out a SuperLucky Mail it does NOT count against your Karma Level and you are not penalized because we didn't send the SuperLucky Mail that day.

A new day has started, good luck to everyone clicking the SuperLucky button0
-
Joined this as it was the very first site I used a few years ago to earn a bit extra before it disappeared.
Have to say I find the new site a tad difficult to understand.
What does it mean by basic members can't redeem?
Couldn't work out what karma was either but hope for some good karma to come my way.
Will stick with it for a while and hoping it will replace inbox pounds for me which has become a bit of a slog.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
Totally confused
Superpoints is a members-only community but anyone in the United States can become a member by being sponsored by another member. There is no fee to join ?There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times:A UK Resident :A0 -
Kantankrus Mare - You have to be a Bronze level member (Level 3) before you can redeem a reward.
Further information about Membership levels is here - https://www.superpoints.com/membership_levels
I'm hoping that Superpoints might replace my InstaGC account, but I'll see about that at a later date
MoneyMate - That's one example of their FAQ that needs updating.
It does not cost to join Superpoints.
If a person joins up through the Superpoints website (ie, by not clicking a referral link), they have to wait until their account is sponsored by another member (meaning till a platinum or diamond member sponsors them and accepts them in to their network)
Hope this helps
If a person joins up through a referral link, you get full access straight away0 -
So we cant do it this time ? Have to live in United States

It is the Help section aka FAQ on their website that is wrong
I can't say I find it overwhelmingly encouraging that they can't even get their own FAQ right - doesn't say much for their professionalism and attention to detail.
Also, you can't read the info about the various levels without registering. I did manage to get the FAQ, which said "If you are a Bronze Member Level, you cannot yet Redeem your Superpoints for Rewards. Upgrading your Membership Level to Bronze is easy! Simply make sure that you’ve verified your email address, and reached XP Level 3. "
I presume this should read "Unless you are a Bronze member or better you can't redeem your points"? Otherwise the upgrade instructions seem pointless.0 -
I've added a picture of the membership levels to the first post0

This is not the correct place to post your referral links0

One of my referrals got to Bronze level today so I got 2,500 points which put me up to Bronze level as well. I was able to redeem the £1 amazon voucher. This is the email I gotHi xxx,
Great job! We received your £1 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card redemption request!
If this is the first time you've redeemed Superpoints for a reward it could take a couple of days to verify your mailing address etc. After that, most Rewards are processed within fourteen business days.
For some of the larger Rewards, or any reward that requires custom choices (like vacations, cars, or the $2 million dream home), one of our Reward concierges will be in touch shortly to coordinate delivery and timing.
We hope you like your awesome Reward! You've earned it!
Sincerely,
The Superpoints Team
(see multiple rewards per reward tier on the image in post 1)
On the rewards page there is now a Fulfillment status link. Shipping for the £1 is current 24 days
Also mentioned is = At the Platinum Membership level, your current estimated shipping time would be only 8 days
* Shipping estimates are business days based on the number of members ahead of you in the reward fulfillment queue. Platinum and Diamond Members are always fulfilled first, and everyone is fulfilled in their Membership Level on a first-in, first-out basis.
Hope this helps to explain what to expect when requesting a voucher0
