The fact that this person has been released on bail and that the police are appealing for more information indicates that there is no certainty as to what exactly happened.

I am as upset as anyone else about the dogs. I love animals as much as anyone here and support all sorts of charities but wishing that sort of harm on another human being without knowing the facts is just awful.

FC is right. Sure the kid was arrested but people are arrested and let go all the time. Until someone is charged with something it's hard to comment.

I said throw the book at him, which I hope they do if it turns out he is responsible and did it on purpose. But we don't know yet who was responsible.
