Thorntons have got "5 for £20" offer on at the moment, could be useful if you are doing a few hampers and want some nice chocs to go in.

I was looking at that offer and noticed they had "hot chocolate bombs". Not exactly sure if correct but i'm assuming you put one in a cup for hot choccie? (It's silly but the item info didn't say what exactly they were) But they would be great for a girlie/couples hamper, and something different too!

I was wondering about those too I actually wrote a note to remind myself to look for them in the shop. I assume they are either to enhance a cup of hot chocolate or to add to milk to make some but no idea which. They don't seem to be doing their hot chocolate powder any more.

Hi im doing a number of hampers this year a cosy night in for my mum a mans night for my step dad and a stationary one for my sister. Im loving your ideas and was wandering what you lovely lot would suggest I use for a box for mans night thanks x

I would suggest that you use a cooler box to put the bits and pieces in for the man's night in hamper.

how intriguing, please let us know if you find out what they are. A few years ago, Cadbury's did a box of individual 'chunks' of liquid-ish choc covered in chocolate which you stirred into a mug of hot milk and they were delicious. If they are anything like that, then I'll be getting a few for stocking fillers.

The hello kitty hamper is lovely. Home Bargains have cheap little Hello Kitty sweets and things if you need anything more. I love the little owl case you have used as the container.

I do my brother a "games hamper" every year and he loves it. I think he'd be gutted if I changed it.

I buy him a voucher for Game and then I put tins of his favourite pop, fave crisps, popcorn and general snacks for him to munch on while he is gaming. Always very well received.

I wish I'd have seen your comment before I purchased gifts for my brother! He would absolutely love this. I will definitely do this next year, and probably for my nephew too, thank you for the fab idea! :T
