  • Maybe you could fo a joint night in hamper for them or a favourite things then you can just get some token presents and it would look good altogether still.
    maybe you could do a home hamper and include luxury items she wouldnt buy for the home posh candles etc and stuff for her to relax after te moving period? X

    My mum has decided that this year to cut costs we are doing a kind of family secret santa and i have my dad, so gonna aim for a hamper for him :D this thread has given me lots of ideas :D

    Gamer t shirt you can get them for just about any game on Amazon or Play.com
    You can also find coasters and mugs for a lot of games
    gamer character socks
    you can get figures of game characters too
    Energy drink
    neck support pillow
    chocs
    popcorn
    batteries for controllers
    blanket or onesie ( got my DH one last year he loves it for gaming lol)
    note pad and pen
    Maybe a decent set of cordless headphones if he doesn't already have them.
    subscription to Xbox magazine or to The Edge
  • Thankscalcat thats an amazing list I reckon he'd love a onsie to game in I don't know much about x box other than he is obsessed so this list is helpful. Im gonna get shopping for that.

    also not sure if mentioned but wilkos have some great hamper kits with tissue paper cellophane etc all ranging from £1/2 also some lovely baskets for a couple of pounds good quality x

    Anyone looking for interesting teas, coffees, hot chocolates etc should check their local TK Maxx, they usually have some nice things for decent prices. They also do oils and vinegars. I have picked up some great cheap bits for cooking themed hampers.

    I do my brother a "games hamper" every year and he loves it. I think he'd be gutted if I changed it.

    I buy him a voucher for Game and then I put tins of his favourite pop, fave crisps, popcorn and general snacks for him to munch on while he is gaming. Always very well received.
