Hope it's good results for Thurs weighers x

    Wow!! That's brilliant.:T
Kiwi, just draw that line, make a meal plan and do your food shopping. You can still enjoy the bank holiday with delicious SW meals. I'm sure your body's ready for it.

Change of plan here at lunchtime. I was in Ikea and found the lovely food smell from the restaurant calling me. I had a plate of the gravadlax with leaves. Really yummy (been fancying smoked salmon all the week). There was an odd, sweet dressing on the side but it only touched a couple of leaves so I ignored it. Then I ate the banana and apple that I'd taken with me.

So that's another 'stop me eating rubbish' snack that I can have if I'm out without any lunch.

  • Can you put me down for a stone for this Christmas challenge?

Went to Blackpool illuminations last night, did well, stood in a chip shop to get my lad some chips and didn't eat a single one,.
