I would add measurements to the floor plan0

oh and the second bedroom fits two singles and a double wardrobe in (as my sons were in that room)
I can't visualise how that would work when the beds would take up 6' x 6'6". leaving a floor space of 4' one way and 9" the other.
Get the EA to take more and better photos, only 7 - and poor ones at that, only half the kitchen can be seen - is miserly......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

The photos make the rooms look tiny. Also the fact there is no furniture may make it a blank canvas for some but for others it could be hard to visualise living there. Could you maybe dress the rooms with minimal furniture to take some new pics?0

three in all, we were originally with william h brown but left before listed as their representative took our only house key set on holiday with her ! (so obviously not keeping to the key signed in out and in lock box method)
the one im considering is reeds rainsDFBXMAS15 £6600/£6600 100% #1430 -
Reeds Rains might be more useful as they have a branch in Barnsley as well as Wakey, so you'd get a pull from both places.
When does yeour current contract end?.....................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Also the street view takes you to the wrong address, mulberry place, ..... See if your estate agent can get this changed as I looked at street view originally to check out the parking situation.
The agent can't change that. Street View doesn't go there.
If you checked it, you didn't check carefully.
