This is parking lie we are talking about. If you fail to display your permit you will get a PCN. I would cut all my ties with the hospital, explain why, and walk away. I don't shop anywhere where parking lie mismanage a car park. If an establishment is stupid enough to use this unethical company I won't use that establishment.
