Ello Treacles,
Hope you have all had a good start to the week!
HUGE Happy Birthday to nannygladys! _party_
I've been studying most of today- have completed Week 2 of my Futurelearn course. :j Thought I'd get ahead now while I've got time
I've also been painting and working on a crafty project- still covered in paint, but it is therapeutic! So another SFD has been acquired as I have not left the house!
Last day of freedom tomorrow, so I am visiting my sister and making sure I get an early night tomorrow! Eek!
Hope you are all home, warm and cosy or at least soon to be!
N'night Squizzels! x
PS. Love the new mini challenge! I love winter prep! :T:coffee:

Happy Birthday nannygladys.
I have had a difficult day. Yesterday's painting has left me aching so was in no rush to leave my bed. Slept on and off until noon.
Trying to persuade myself that I have got somewhere today. The hall and landing are nearly completely clear which hasn't been the case for many moons. Have moved remaining laminate to front room (full packs) and my bedroom (old bits hidden behind the fitted wardrobe doors) slowly bit by bit.
I am going to have a tool sort - so many bits have been borrowed/ used in different locations. So have moved all the upstairs ones, except for the ones in DS3's room, again bit by bit. They are all in the front room. Put a spare bit of underlay down first so that the new floor doesn't get marked and moved another 'spare' kitchen unit in to hold the screws and bits.
Have also sprayed and wiped a fair few bits but thinking the gloss painting might not happen. Carpet fitters are coming on Thursday so I have until early Wednesday to do any gloss painting (to allow for drying).
Might have to carry on with the cleaning and then sand and paint the worst bits - not worth hurting myself.
In between moving things about I have made notes from several books (library books going back tomorrow), tried to get to grips with my 'new to me' phone and tried not to think how long it is before I can have some more painkillers.
Supposed to be at the other house tomorrow while mr builder takes a look at the boiler, but he isn't answering the phone. Will have to go to town anyway, so will hang about for a while and see.
I have spent money - went to buy a chocolate bar, will add to total in a minute.
The house is getting better, looking much clearer, things will be better in the morning.
Today I am grateful for my mother, pain killers and chocolate (really must stop the chocolate).

Had chips from canteen, and gloopy cheesy pasta, I made a salad to take them forgot to take it, did have the usual 5 bits of fruit though. Had the salad for tea though so it was not wasted.
Feel tired and fed up today, they are on about changing our on call commitments (again) and we might end up doing nights and having to work on wards, I haven't worked on a ward in 20 years, not happy, might be time for a career change, or go on the agency.ISA £1675MiniMoohound savings £3685.86 :T Plus £3800 CTF
