Too many scum sucking peseants around me thinks.....whinge whinge....."I went to shop and they didnt have an item in stock Im livid, I spoke the spotty teenager and she was rude and I nearly gave birth 8 months early there and then....do I get compo"
  • Often complaining there and then doesnt acheive anything. If you're really !!!!ed off at the service there is more chance of you acting irationally and causing a scene. More often than not its better to leave and then write a letter stating what went wrong. I dont know complaints procedures at companies so I dont know if its kept on file but complaining to someone face-to-face wont get filed and 10 minutes later when they're in the staff room they'll have forgotten about it.

To mirror what a few of said its normally not the assistants fault that the 'incident' has happened.

Some customers can be right !!!!!! to staff and make them upset, what kind of satisfaction does anyone get from that?
